Terms & Condition for Package Tours:

● Reservation can be done after entering the advance only, Advance should be 50% of quotation.
● 100% Package cost should be paid on or before the first day of Travel.
● All the vehicles are without luggage carrier only, if you need we will organize.
● The driver will be on duty from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If the driver is required to drive beyond this time, additional charges will be applicable. This condition does not apply to pickup or drop services.
● If you skip any location, the quote amount will not change.
● In the Tour, In case of any deviation (pick up / drop location change, Trip extension, Trip modification) from the Guest, Guest should pay quote amount and extra amount of additional KMs, Toll, parking, Driver allowance.
● The Deviation Trips calculated as a Round Trip only. This trip will never calculate One way trip.
● Day will be considered as a timetable day.
● Do not instruct the chauffeur to skip the traffic rule like over speed and no parking etc
● AC will be stopped in Hill area/ Stopped/ Parked vehicle( This condition for AC trip only).
● Vehicle and Chauffeur details will be participated 12 hours before the trip starts.
● All guests must carry a valid ID proof at the time of hotel check-in. Children must provide age proof during check-in.

Before deposit/ Transfer the advance call us, we've to check the vehicle, accommodation and other required tickets vacuity.

Refund Details :

We are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier / third party provider like HOTEL, EVENTS, FOOD, TICKETS, VISA
